Frankenstein exhaled as he removed his jacket once he closed the front door behind him. While he had enhanced healing, that did nothing for when he was hunched over a keyboard for hours on end, while also doing meetings.
So many meetings.
The last one had gone over by thirty minutes, but the topic had been important.
If a little long-winded when the others could have been more direct when updating him.
But anyway. It was over for the day. Though Frankenstein could feel his emails piling up as each second passed.
He wandered over to the kitchen, absent-mindedly rubbing a shoulder. He couldn't quite reach the main affected area, but he could at least get some of the periphery.
He flicked on the kettle, bracing his hands on the counter as he sighed, letting the sound of boiling water sooth his nerves.
Frankenstein started at a warm hand at his shoulder (had he really been that distracted to not hear anyone come up behind him?) but before he could say anything, he felt a thumb dig right into the aching area.
"Mm!" he groaned, feeling his muscles tensing for a second and then just melting at the pressure.
"Welcome home," Muzaka murmured into his ear, continuing his massage, his hands finding each spot as if they were painted on Frankenstein's back.
"How'd you-" Frankenstein sucked in a breath, words failing him as Muzaka's hands continued their work. It felt so good.
Muzaka chuckled, leaning in to kiss Frankenstein's cheek. "I know how ya stand and move. I know when somethin's up."
Yes, that was - Frankenstein hummed, Muzaka's hands still not stopping.
"All right," Muzaka said, kissing his cheek again as he patted Frankenstein's shoulder. "Go sit on the sofa - I'll make yer tea and then I can do this properly."
"Thank you," Frankenstein murmured as he headed over. It had been a long day, but relaxing with Muzaka would make up for some of it.
