Muzaka's grin stretched his face as he sparred Frankenstein, his heart thundering, and his chest rumbling from his constant growl. They'd been sparring for a while now, longer than they had before, and it felt great. There had been a few times Muzaka had been distracted just looking at how far Frankenstein had come since they'd first met, how much his transformation had changed over the years.
He ducked Frankenstein's swipe, hearing the slash crash into the tree behind him. The impact wasn't as hard as it had been at the start of the spar. Frankenstein was tiring.
Still grinning, Muzaka dashed forward, grabbing Frankenstein's wrist before he could recover, and threw him into a tree. Frankenstein's transformation was already disappearing before he hit it, and it was gone by the time Muzaka reached him again, pinning Frankenstein's hands against the trunk above his head.
They stayed there, panting, and Muzaka rumbled as he leaned in and nuzzled the line of Frankenstein's jaw, taking in his scent.
"Hmmn," Frankenstein hummed, tilting his head back to give him more access, arching a little. "I win."
Muzaka paused, making sure he heard what he thought he did. He pulled back, and was met with Frankenstein's lazy smirk. "Huh?"
Frankenstein's smirk only widened. "I win," he repeated, as if it was obvious.
Muzaka glanced at his hands, which were still transformed and pinning Frankenstein's untransformed ones. "I've got ya pinned to the tree though?"
At that, Frankenstein said, "Yes, and that is why I win." He leaned forward, brushing his lips against Muzaka's.
Then... Frankenstein wanted to be pinned? How did that-
In an instant, Frankenstein headbutted him, and that was enough to loosen Muzaka's grip on him. A quick shove and a leg sweep was all it took for Muzaka to find their roles reversed as he stared up at Frankenstein's smug grin.
"Ah," Frankenstein purred, dipping down to kiss him again, "but I win like this as well."
Oh. Muzaka could see how losing still counted as winning now, if he got to see Frankenstein so pleased with himself. Just. Like this.
Muzaka's rumble in his chest felt like it was reaching his toes as Frankenstein came closer to give him a longer, deeper kiss.
Inspired by this.
